Relapsing polychondritis presenting as otitis externa

چکیده
Relapsing polychondritis remains a challenging diagnosis with cartilage inflammation being the hallmark disease pathology. Typical presentations include of auricular and joints, although multiple sites can be affected. Symptoms often overlap other diseases is delayed. Neurologic symptoms are rare attributed to CNS vasculitis. Here we report case relapsing neurological symptoms. This illustrates both challenges need consider in cases cartilaginous inflammation.
